So what is a service call?...

It means that a representative from Ray’s Mid-Bell Music regularly stops in your community (usually every week)...
- To make life easier for the educator and students…
- Provide FREE delivery and pick-up of rental instruments
- Provide FREE pick-up and delivery of school instrument repairs
- Provide FREE pick-up and delivery of privately owned instrument repairs
- Provide FREE delivery of supplies and instruments
- Provide FREE emergency service and delivery
- Provide thousands of FREE music folders (valued at $2.00 ea!)
- Visit your instrumental music teacher and discuss the retail needs of the school and students
- Make special stops at homes, businesses, and churches for any and all of the above services
- Be a friend of the educator and music program (special favors, etc.)
- Be a friendly courier service between schools (borrowed music, equipment, etc.)
- Provide technical advice/service on instruments and equipment
